Camera Type and Resolution Comparison
Camera form factor
The Hiseeu 6-Camera 5MP PoE PTZ System features PTZ (Pan-Tilt-Zoom) cameras. This design allows remote control of the viewing angle, offering 300 degrees of pan and 90 degrees of tilt. You can adjust the view without moving the hardware. The Hiseeu 4K 8-Camera Wired Security System uses fixed CCTV cameras. These provide a static field of view once installed. You cannot remotely adjust the angle. If you need to monitor different areas without moving cameras, the PTZ option offers flexibility. Fixed cameras are simpler but cover only one direction each.
Video resolution clarity
Resolution determines image detail. The Hiseeu 6-Camera 5MP PoE PTZ System records at 5MP resolution. The Hiseeu 4K 8-Camera Wired Security System records at 4K, which is 8MP. The 8MP resolution captures roughly 4 times the detail of 1080p. This higher pixel count provides sharper images for identifying faces or license plates. If image clarity is your top priority, the 8MP wired system offers superior resolution. The 5MP PTZ system provides good detail but is lower in pixel count compared to the 8MP option.
Number of cameras included
Coverage area depends on camera count. The Hiseeu 6-Camera 5MP PoE PTZ System includes 6 cameras. The Hiseeu 4K 8-Camera Wired Security System includes 8 cameras. You get two additional cameras with the wired system. More cameras allow you to cover more corners and entry points simultaneously. If you need to monitor a larger property or more specific zones, the 8-camera setup provides more coverage. The 6-camera system covers fewer points, requiring you to rely on the PTZ movement to see different areas.
Smart tracking features
Intelligent features change how alerts work. The Hiseeu 6-Camera 5MP PoE PTZ System includes AI Auto Human Tracking. The camera can physically turn to follow a person entering the surveillance area. It also supports intruder alarm lights. The Hiseeu 4K 8-Camera Wired Security System uses AI Person/Vehicle Detection. It distinguishes between people and cars to reduce false alarms. It also offers an alarm spotlight color mode. The PTZ system offers active tracking. The wired system offers passive detection with better object classification.
Audio capabilities
Audio features vary between the systems. The Hiseeu 6-Camera 5MP PoE PTZ System supports real-time two-way audio. You can talk through the app to visitors or intruders. The Hiseeu 4K 8-Camera Wired Security System supports only one-way audio. You can hear sounds around the area but cannot speak back. If you need to communicate with people on your property, such as directing a courier, the two-way audio is essential. The wired system is limited to listening only.
Connectivity type
Connection method affects installation. The Hiseeu 6-Camera 5MP PoE PTZ System uses PoE (Power over Ethernet). A single cable provides both power and data to each camera. This simplifies wiring. The Hiseeu 4K 8-Camera Wired Security System uses a wired TVI analog connection. It comes with BNC cables. Both systems require physical cabling. PoE is generally more modern and easier to integrate with network switches. The analog wired system uses specific BNC connectors. PoE may offer better scalability for future expansions via extra switches.
