The main difference is the form factor. This dome design is more compact and discreet. It measures 6.1 inches wide and 5.71 inches tall. The bullet camera is longer at 7.72 inches. Choose this dome if you prefer a lower profile or want to reduce visibility of the device. Both models offer identical video clarity and wired reliability. The dome fits well where aesthetics matter more than directional focus.

The Amcrest IP8M-2696EW-AI offers 8MP resolution, which is lower than the 12MP Reolink. It uses PoE for power and video. You get color night vision and human detection capabilities. This camera prioritizes wide-angle coverage over extreme detail. It is lighter at 1.5 pounds compared to the Reolink’s 1.41 pounds.
